Chris Swardstrom

Chris Swardstrom, born and raised in Orange County has been involved with the Swardstrom Group since its founding in 2012. Chris studied Business/Economics at Wheaton College in Chicago where he played collegiate basketball and earned Presidential Scholarship awards for his academics. Chris prides himself on using the knowledge he gained while working at TESLA guiding his ability to effectively solve difficult problems, assist in client satisfaction from the sale until delivery, as well as developing a growth mindset to fail forward. A caring demeanor, dedication to integrity, and solid determination to help his clients and Coldwell Banker’s #1 office is what motivates him every morning.
