Sandra Baker

Sandra joined The Swardstrom Group mid year, 2022. As a licensed Real Estate Professional, she brings over 10+ years of strategic industry knowledge and transactional expertise to her role as Director of Operations. Prior to joining The Swardstrom Group, Sandra spent several years in the Commercial Real Estate sector where she specialized in over a $100 million of business acquisitions and mergers in the health care industry. This background has given Sandra the building blocks for her business knowledge, her professional acumen and client retention processes.

Sandra has also worked with some of Orange County’s top list of elite luxury real estate professionals, where she’s continued to grow her experiences and commitments to always providing superior services.

Sandra obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of Rijeka, which is located in her native country of Croatia. On top of all these accolades she also speaks five different languages fluently, those being: Croatian, Italian, French, Spanish and English.

A big part of Sandra’s role with The Swardstrom Group is managing workflows, team branding, advertising listings, coordinating staging/photography, open houses/special events, launching and managing new listings, strategizing marketing plans, tracking all showing requests/property inquiries while also keeping sellers updated on the performances and managing the transactional process from start to closing of escrow.

When Sandra isn’t accomplishing and doing her due diligence in the office you’ll find her at the local Farmer’s Market picking up fresh groceries, cooking beautiful chef-style meals with her husband at home, traveling, exploring new hiking trails and trying new restaurants with some occasional wine tastings at her favorite wineries! Her husband and herself are both big time skiers and in the winter time they love to ski some of the most amazing slopes in the continental US.
