Rachel earned her undergraduate degree in business and an MBA from Pepperdine, then spent years in corporate sales with two Fortune 500 companies, Procter & Gamble and Merck, racking up regional and national awards along the way. It was a career most people would call a success story. But Rachel saw it as a training ground, a place to master negotiation, strategy, and the discipline of doing right by a client, before bringing it home to Orange County.

The move into real estate was an intentional step for Rachel. It was where the work finally matched the purpose. She closed more than $50 million in sales in her first year, was named Rookie of the Year, and earned a place in Coldwell Banker's International President's Elite, a distinction reserved for the top 2% of agents worldwide.

Raised in Southern California and rooted in Orange County for over three decades, Rachel brings a local's fluency in these neighborhoods to every conversation. Married for over 29 years to Doug Swardstrom, her partner in business and in life, Rachel is the proud mother of three children.
