Community Involvement

One of the many things that set Doug and Rachel apart is their passion and willingness to give back to the community. 

Both extremely involved in the local school district , Rachel previously served as the PTA President, Treasurer, and Executive VP of Alderwood Elementary School; while Doug was a School Site Board Member. In 2017, they started an annual Science and Community Service Scholarship Award to graduating seniors of University High School.

In 2007, Doug & Rachel collected signature approvals of over 250 Quail Hill residents and successfully founded the Quail Hill Swim Team. Doug & Rachel have served as coaches and team parents for over a dozen basketball, soccer and baseball teams through the years of raising their children. Rachel and Doug still dedicate their volunteer time to both the Alderwood Elementary School (Diamond Sponsors), San Jaoquin Middle School, and University High School.

Currently residing in Hidden Canyon, Doug serves as President of Hidden Canyon’s HOA while Rachel sits on the Board’s Social Committee. While living in Quail Hill, Doug also served as the President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Quail Hill HOA. 

In addition to the above, Doug and Rachel are also well known in the community for their participation in various activities, events, and involvement with local non-profits.
